ORD League Goals

  1. League Bonding & Member Engagement
  2. Community Impact & Service
  3. Financial Sustainability & Travel Assistance
  4. Membership Diversity & Inclusion
  5. Establish Standard League Operational Performance Metrics

League Bonding & Member Engagement

An event of this scale will require the help of the entire League to pull off successfully

It will welcome participation from skaters of all levels to play in a new, unique environment

Community Impact & Service

A large event like this has the potential to have wide visibility in the community

Space could be offered to organizations with causes supported by the League

Financial Sustainability & Travel Assistance

This event has the potential to raise funds to cover many of the League's expenses for the entire year

We expect upfront costs to be more than covered

Multiple forms of revenue are planned

Membership Diversity & Inclusion

In addition to providing a valuable learning experience for the League and its members, the increased visibility will broaden the League's audience

Given the diversity of the Goblin Market attendees, we have an opportunity to showcase OUR sport to many people

Establish Standard League Operational Performance Metrics

Provides opportunity to develop appropriate metrics for games, tournaments, and hosted events.

We have some preliminary numbers to be presented later, but these performance metrics can be set/established with more formal planning.
